Yesterday was only one victory, but a hell of a victory at that, right up there for one of the best of the season. It was good to see us get going against not so good teams, even better to see all the bats swinging and hits flying against a great team. I'm hoping to see Rickie looking like the leadoff hitter that Gwynn was yesterday (or not so TGJr gets the job). Hopefully Cappy can keep em down, as once again the only player with a real history of hitting him is Alou, who will be out.[/b]

I love that high and in pitch to Perez. We need to do something to get in his head a little.

Julio Franco was in the major leagues when Carlos Villanueva was born.

Our pitcher has the only hit in the game. That doesn't bode well for a comeback.
