It's always an adventure with Dave Bush on the mound. He'll probably go 5 solid innings then go (Please Use More Appropriate Word) and lose it in the sixth as always. Hopefully Yost is smart like last time and takes him out at the first sign of trouble. This could be Ryan Braun's first game in the Majors so this one is to him. Go Brewers!

If Braun comes in and immediately puts up runs, he will be a hero in Milwaukee. If he comes in and flops, then Yost is going to get lynched for bringing the kid up too early.

I would be pleasantly surprised if Braun is in the lineup tomorrow. I think they'll stash him on the bench and work him in more slowly until next week.

And let us please keep the game threads in check. Look at the forum before you make one. Thanks.

They wouldn't bring up Braun just to have him sit on the bench.

I doubt they'd bring him up and throw him to the wolves right away, especially when he played yesterday. If they do, I'll be pleasantly surprised.

Uhh why wouldn't they? You have to start sometime and there's really no point in bringing him up if he's not going to start.

Ned has always liked the lefty vs. righty and righty vs. lefty lineups.

We face 3 tough right handers this weekend.

But why bring up Braun now and have him sit?

Why not let him play the weekend in Nashville and then have him make his major league debut Monday in Milwaukee against a lefty?

What is the prediction on the kid's first day?

I'm thinking 1-4 with a double.

I heard on 1250 that Braun is playing tonight. I predict 2-4 with a double and a single.

Braun is starting tonight at third according to the guys on 1250. We really need his power hopefully Yost will throw him in the 6 or 7 hole.

Leadoff why? he is a power hitter who the hell would want him to lead off.
