ESPN midseason report

Some interesting stats, from espn insider. it only does the top 250 players in each, plus all these qualifying stats i didn't want to put in.

Well-hit average: Hard hit balls per ab, including outs.

They've also got midseason report cards for each player with tons of cool stats and grades. i could get lost in that stuff for hours. but anyways, as for interpretation of this stuff, lets go. Is anyone surprised that estrada leads the league in chasing pitches? when you swing at the first pitch every time no matter what it adds up. tbow and coco dominating. and, looking at a lot of stats i didn't post, we don't throw a good fastball. no one chases it. they hit it hard. not a lot of us get it over for strikes.
