Current Standings:

Brewers 54-41 1st place in NL Central

Notes:
Well, according to ESPN we are "struggling" so we better not lose again. But the Giants are pretty bad so I'm guessing we'll do well in this series. Bonds won't break the record on the road, so don't go wasting your paycheck on tickets just to see Bonds. Waste the money to see the Brewers. Let's hope Bonds goes back in his slump and let's GO Brewers!

Sanchez pitched today so I doubt he's on the DL any more. 8)

That Brewer Tattoo on the leg is funny. I was just playing cards with a guy the other day who just got the same tat on his chest.

Anyone else going to cheer for bonds if he breaks the record?

The guy's not gonna break the record at Milwaukee, without a doubt it'll be in San Francisco. If he breaks it in Milwaukee, there'll be so much hate coming from the fans.

He may play 1 or 2 of these games but if he hits a HR he'll sit the rest of the series.

All 3 games are in sweet HD, Friday and Sunday on FSNWI, Saturday on FOX.

I want to keep this on the topic of tonights game but to answer your question, although Melvin denies having talked with the Reds, he did do so. But that in itself means little. Virtually every GM talks with every other GM and 99% of the proposed deals never get done.

that just made my day.

i hope bonds does not break the record in milwaukee. obviously, as a milwaukee fan, i dont want him to break it here, but if he does, then oh well, as long as we win the game. besides, fielder will bring the record back home to milwaukee anyway

for the record, since its pretty much guarenteed that bonds will break it, i just want it to happen so everyone will shut up about it. all it is is a stat, aaron was the better player either way.

hopefully the d-backs can give the cubbies some trouble so we can make that division lead a little bit bigger.

I am not sure about Aaron being the better player. Bonds might be the greatest of all time. IMO For the record I am not a bonds fan but he is by far the best player I have ever seen.

Good. LF is easy to play I there's no way I want Jenkins out there vs a lefty.

Hart! 1-0 Brewers

LOL at the new guy calling Coshun "Coshunie". He's already spent too much time around Ned.
