Scouting Report

Brewers: Bush turned in a strong outing against the Cardinals on Thursday, allowing just three runs in seven innings, but it still wasn't enough to prevent Milwaukee from falling in an 8-0 loss. The right-hander tossed a season-high 127 pitches for the first quality start in his past four tries.

D'Backs: Hernandez won for his fourth time in five outings Thursday against the Marlins in Florida. The right-hander felt ill at the start of the game and gave up three first-inning runs. He threw up following the inning and seemed to feel better, yielding just one run over the next six innings as Arizona rallied for a 5-4 win. Hernandez tweaked his mechanics slightly just prior to his recent streak, and it seems to have paid off for him.

Another good outing from Bush would be great. I'm thinking Gross will probably get the start to give Hart at least one more day of rest for his elbow.

He's unavailable due to all the pitches he threw last night. Word is that Bob Melvin and Mel Stottlemyre chewed him out after the game for his horrible control.

Anyways here's the lineup tonight.

2B Rickie Weeks
RF Gabe Gross
1B Prince Fielder
3B Ryan Braun
LF Geoff Jenkins
CF Bill Hall
C Johnny Estrada
SS J.J. Hardy
RHP Dave Bush

It's time to get Hart back into the lineup. I dont care how good of a bat Gross is swinging he is still nothing more than a backup.

Hart is resting his back/elbow or whatever. He got hit by a pitch.

 Okay I remember that. I did not know he was hurt though I was watching the game at TGI Fridays and they mute all their T.V.'s. Thanks for the info.

I hated gross before. But i acctully like what he is doing now. He should be in the starting lineup intill he cools down.
