I think we win this game. But I think it'll be the only game we win in this series.

I'm pretty sure Rock and Brian shot that down the last time Parra pitched.

Actually Bill and Brian said that Rivera caught Manny a lot in the minors and Manny said he loves throwing to him. That doesn't mean that he will catch Manny every time of course. With Kendall hitting so well I would imagine that Ned will stick with him vs. the Mets but I wouldn't be shocked to see Rivera in there.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I hope they sign Vargas and we face him this year.

They did sign him. He's at extended spring train and will join New Orleans and be ready when the Mets need him.

The way we've looked at the plate lately he can get some extended spring training while the Brewers are in New York - they should bring him up now.

Bad weather in New York makes tonights game iffy but the Mets are taking batting practice right now. Same lineup as yesterday.

2B Rickie Weeks
CF Gabe Gross
1B Prince Fielder
LF Ryan Braun
3B Bill Hall

I was just about to ask about the status of this game. Bad weather all weekend in New York.

Yeah EHaudricourt posted on his blog that it was a good sign that the Mets were taking batting practice.

With Saturday and Sunday you have day games so they have lots of time, plus both teams are off Monday. If tonights game is rained out that's probably when they will play.

I just don't want a 3 or 4 inning game and waste a Parra start.

Brewers are going to lose this series if their offense doesn't stop sucking ass.

Braun, no walks in 40 AB's. That has to stop or he will never get another good pitch to hit again.

According to weather.com the rain should hold off until about 10:00 eastern and it looks as if there is a window tomorrow afternoon as well for some baseball.
