I'm pretty happy so far with Delmon. Usually he doesn't start hitting his stride until the end of the season and seems uncomfortable up until that point but definitely not this year. 2 HR's already is a good sign as well. Game 2 of the series starts in an hour.

Dick jinxed the game for Pavano. He was talking about Pavano's veteran presence and it will be really nice once the younger guys can see how Pavano bounces back from a bad game, could even be today's game.....This game really should have been closer though. We left a ton of guys on base and I really don't know how Hochevar squeaked out of jams so many times.
