it aint willie, every single bullpen member has sucked, every time we r in a jam we make key errors (reyes/wright/beltran), showenblow jus made a terrible error, scoring few runs against absolutely terrible pitchers (phillies).. team has no pride, this is 100% on the players.. funny how when we are winning no1 mentions how willie is doing but when we are losing we completely ignore lackluster play and everything is pinned on him.. willies done his job, hes turned our young prospects into star players, he teaches players the right way to play, its out of his control when the team decides to not focus, give away at-bats, steal third with david wright up and 2 men on with 2 outs, once again EVERY1 he puts in from the bullpen gets bombed lately.. i truly have no f**kin clue wut ill do if we dont make it to answer ur question, this team has more talent than every NL team by far..

Probably will be too drunk feel anything. We can't field, 10 freaking errors in 2 games is crazy. Our manager has to be the worst manager ever. How do you continue to use guys, you know suck. Lawrence, Mota, and Sele should never be used, hell they shouldn't even be on the team.

this team is just a bunch of **** pussies...whatta chokejob their pulling...it's like you know their going to lose every game so you just hope the phillies lose too...when they were playing the nationals and i think the first game my brother was telling me their winning 5-1. I told him doesn't matter their still gonna lose...and what do they do? lose. And ofcourse those damn yanks are doing the opposite and the bo sox are bitches just like these bunch of pussies we have, am i the only 1 that feels like no matter what we'll never be better then the yankees?

Truth is, the diamondbacks and the Padres are both playing good ball. There's no guarantee that the 2nd team in the east will get the wild card.

Mets need to keep wining, but, I think they will. I'm not too worried.

Wags has had a great season, but a terrible month. That's what makes him scary.

Like 5 of his last 7 outings he's given up a run or more.

His ERA has gone up (was in the 1.60 range most of the year), not sure what it is now, and I'll bet most of his blown saves were in the last month or 6 weeks - however long his ugly stretch has been.

no doubt - our pen is a little scary, and Wags was having a great year, but he's been off lately.

I still say this team makes the playoffs - but we've been winning ugly ball lately.

Aug

5 saves, 1 win, 2 losses, 3 blown saves, 5 games he gave up an earned run. era climbs to 2.47

Sep (not as bad - he missed a few games with back spasms)

so far, 5 saves, no wins/losses, 1 blown save, 2 games he's given up an earned run.

Would be nice if Wags could stay sharp in the post season. He's clearly the best we've got.
