We are SOOOOOOOO lucky the Yankees suck because Schoenweis basically handed them the game on a platter. Any other team, we would have lost.

Please just go away Schoenweis you thief.

Just got back from the game...

- From the very first at bat Jose Reyes had the stadium rocking with the stolen base.
- Chavez is amazing for someone that is supposed to suck.
- David Wright has truly bounced back from that first month slump. Yankees dont even want to pitch to him.
- For all the Easley brings at the plate he has terrible range.

The back to back homeruns scared me to death. Cano is a wizard with the glove, he is lucky that he didnt get charged with a fourth error.

All in All the Yankees are garbage and the Mets are the SUPERIOR TEAM.
Jazz: Under reconstruction, we'll be back.

Shea must have been rocking today, reminds me of the 80's when my dad had season tickets. You saw a "great" game, well only great because the Mets won and beat the Yankeers. As for the game though, we had a lot of sloppiness out there but, we won, so I'll take it.

Chavez is great but, I don't know if he stole on his own or Willie put the sign on, he never should have attempted that steal with Beltran up and a runner on third with only one out. That cost us at least one run.

I'm going to the Saturday Mets-Yankees game at Yankee Stadium in June. I'd rather be at Shea, but my cousin who is a diehard Stinkees fan, has never been to the dump in the Bronx.

Yeah despite the crappy weather most of the people that were exposed to it were loving the game. As soon as Rasner got hit the stadium went crazy, every stolen base we got contested or not the stadium went crazy.

Wright homeruns we went crazy, I didnt even know Damon had it in his glove as first look. They way it looked from where I was sitting looked like he never even touched it. Also when Chavez was on second and they first intentionally walked Wright he almost broke off to third in a fashion where he was making fun of the Pitchers... Stadium was laughing.

Edit: Also we had the occasional Yankees Suck chants, but at Yankee Stadium there fans are a lot worse. I remember going to the second game during the first subway series ever, It was Bat Day at Yankee Stadium. I thought people were going to die... Who ever scheduled bat day that day probably ended up getting fired.
