Citi field? Acela/Caser's/Promenade Club Access?

I am visiting NYC and will be attending a Mets/Cubs game next week. I have tickets that say Gate JRR, and underneath Citi field it says, "Acela/Casears/Promenade Club Access." I have no idea what this is? Is it anything significant?
