I like John Ricco i would not mind if he stepped in as GM he is the asistant gm and the moves I know he was behind have been solid ones.

billy beane and bobby v. but billy beane is a minority owner of the A'S so that's probably not gonna happen.

john ricco was behind the francouer trade ... that in itself is a big NO
who i want for gm ... a guy who understands sabermetrics, it's the new way to analyze baseball players
who i want for manager ... the 3b coach, chip hale. hale was with the twins for a long time so he knows how to run a team.

Bobby Valentine absolutely positively without a doubt. In fact if they don't the Yankees, if Girardi decides to jump to the Cubs, have been rumored to be interested.
As far as GM? Kevin Towers would have been nice but too late for that. they need a veteran GM that knows how to move big contracts not acquire them.
