Mets made a big big mistake not getting Duda on an extension this season. You have to show some faith in your players and can't just wait to see if they will have a good season or not.

I like Familia as the closer as well. He always had it in him. His sinker looks in control. I never liked Mejia so I really don't miss him in the pen.

EDIT: btw, no David Wright either in these last 2 wins.

Agreed. Not to take away anything. But so far these have been all divisional games, and this could very well end up being the worst division (not including the Mets ) in baseball this season if the Nats don't bounce back.

Nonetheless, great head start in the division.

It's 6 wins in a row at the start of the season...Come on man, make this thread in June or July...Or when it comes to the Mets in September.

The fielding still scares the crap out of me, but we're off to a great start. Guys still have to pick it up hitting, but Duda and d'Arnaud are doing a great job thus far carrying us. Bullpen has been especially great to start with. Fun times to start the season however for the Mets, especially taking the first series from the Nationals.

But how about AROD?!?!

They could easily get a wild card.They're gonna better than the yankees.
