this should be funny to follow Lo Duca even if you know where Jose is going to be you still gotta catch f**ker, the only guy who can catch him in a foot race is in AAA

It kinda' bothers me that he's the ONLY guy on the whole team not to get the buzz cut. When there were four or five holdouts, I could understand it. But since those guys got rid of their hair too, I think Jose should have followed suit.

I'm pretty sure Aaron Sele didn't get the buzz cut. During tonights game they showed Sele sitting in the bullpen with a full head of hair and Gary Cohen said, Sele was supposed to take some family photos tomorrow which is why he didn't get the cut. However, Gary and Ron both joked that he was full of sh*t and was just stalling.

Who in AAA can catch Reyes??? Carlos Gomez - maybe.

Sele might be stalling - hoping to be sent back to AAA before his teammates (with scissors) catch him.

Reyes is a pretty boy - I don't mind that he keeps his hair (not cause he's pretty), but cause - so what. It's kind of funny to have one hold out - like Major Leads - he's the only person in America who still likes George Bush.

Yeah, now it's only Aaron Sele. He better get w/ the program before Jorge Sosa replaces him in long relief when O. Hernandez returns.

Now he's saying he'll shave his head if he's re-signed. Sele is working on a 45 day contract that ends this week I believe.

With all due respect, you can't blame the guy - what's he going to do, shave his head when he's only on contract till Mota becomes eligible.

He's got a right to say "i'll shave my head with the team if you give me a contract for the year" - I have no problem with what he's doing, he's not using the head shave as a negotiation, he's just saying - until they make me a met till September, I'm keeping my Do. I respect that. (I didn't know he had a 45 day contract).

I kind of can see why he wouldn't do it. Once Pedro returns, one of our starters will go to the pen(probably Sosa or Duque), and Sele wouldn't be needed. The problem I have is that he claimed he kept it because of family pictures.

I also don't want to bring bad news on this team,

But the fact is that - Glavin & Duque are in their 40s

and Pedro's return isn't on a definitive timetable.

so it could go either way.
