Kind of reminds me of the Brian Stokes signign (forget if that was waivers or if we bought him). Just collecting relievers I think. Don't know if Lugo or Stokes will pitch an inning for this team this year.

i think that Lugo is solid and will make it this year. I'm pretty sure Stokes will be playing with New Orleans when the season starts. Lugo coming from the AL should be better with us in our division.
