Ian Kenndy, Mely Cabera + Austin Jackson

for

Roy Halladay or Roy Oswalt

l know many have given up ian, say he comes up and starts pitching like an ace would you do it then?

i probably would, because we are in a win now mode still........

For Roy Halladay only... but I'd rather take out Melky and use someone else instead.

wat about jackson?

im suprised people are undermining Oswalt, it bring chemistry yo the club house, and halladay is injury prone despite being a horse

then again he would look nice in a yankees uniform.

How would bringing in Oswalt bring chemistry to the clubhouse? It would probably ruin chemistry taking Melky off the team.

I want no part of Roy Oswalt. His peripheral decline appears to finally be catching up to him this season. He's the next Barry Zito, basically. He might not be as bad, but his days as an ace are probably finished.

And I doubt the Jays are interested in that deal, even if they need offense in the worst way possible. They're already stuck with an extremely expensive CF, so Melky and Jackson are pretty redundant. Melky has to sustain this out-of-nowhere power over a longer period of time before i'll be convinced he can be productive as a corner outfielder.

jays say no. we got one thing going for us right now, and its pitching. it has won us most of the games thus far in the season. i dont think melky cabrera will make our offense that much better to make up for the loss of Halladay.

i doubt the jays would do that deal but yes i would do that deal in a second.

all this talk the past off season on how santana is the best pitcher in baseball.... IMO Halladay is. so id do that deal no doubt. although id rather get rid of tabata over Jackson
