ortiz IMO is starting to break down, first the knees and now injuries like this.. He is a big guy , not very athletic and doesn't seem to be in very good shape, I can see him having injuries that keep him out as he gets older, especially with the shape he is in...

Hey, they won't get any sympathy from me, how long were we without A-rod and posada is still out.....

Wrist injuries are incredibly rough to have heal quickly and return from. Thats what started the downfall of Nomar. Its hard enough for a regular average hitter, but even more difficult for power hitters.

It's not a good thing when you say good news when someone gets hurt. Even if they are one of your biggest rivals.
