joba probably needs to go back to pen. As a starter, his fastball is in the mid to low 90's, not the high 90's stuff that intimidated batters. Plus he is too ineficient as a starter, I mean He will have thrown 70-80 pitches by the 3rd and 4th inning, and today , he gave up 8 runs and he isn't even out of the 4th inning!!!!! a 3 run third and a 5 run 4th? come on... !!

In the pen he is dynamite for a inning or even 4 to 5 outs.....

he really needs to put his tampon back in and start letting it go....its obvious he doesnt throw hardest cuz he is afraid he'll run out of gas, or his arm isnt 100% healthy
