We are ALL spoiled by Mariano. Rivera had a horrible 3 appearances in August. Every one was flipping out do we need another closer? Clearly NOT.

He's the consummate professional and the only guy outside of Jeter who will make the HOF of that famous crop of Yanks.

sorta wish we kept aceves, he looks decent out there

manny had problems with walks, but that K on youk was nice

Looks like Colon is the front runner for #5 slot. Let's see how long this experiment lasts. I find it comical that Cashman continues to try and think he can spring Felix Hernandez with Montero. Sorry Brian, should have done that before Felix won the Cy Young because the asking price just skyrocketed.

Feliciano is out for a couple weeks...and the deal to sign Mariano's set up/co-closer sounds even smarter right now.
