Yanks in 'serious' talks with Bill Hall

And the press is all over it!

Bill Hall has had more positions than a 7-11 employee. He's been cashier, slurpee specialist, hot pockets chef, janitor, and manager. So his versatility is a plus....

Dunno why Cashman feels compelled to stock the bench with so many vets. Last year's bench was perfectly fine.

Hall, 32, batted a combined .211 last season for Houston and San Francisco.

.211? Ugh, pass on this "bat" in the lineup.

Bill Hall signed to a minor league contract. So still looks like he's nothing more than insurance. Means they still need a bat.
