His fastball command is ridiculous, definitely comparable to Hughes'. They also show his curve and change which are two excellent pitches. It can be argued that his change is the best in the organization, and his curve has improved tremendously and is knocking on the door of being a plus pitch. He talks about showing Joba his changeup and Joba showing him his slider, which is a huge advantage of these kids coming up together. Kennedy's slider will never match Joba's, but if he can make it an effective major league pitch then he can be a superb pitcher in the majors. Not many guys can say they have pinpoint location of 3 major league quality pitches.
EDIT: It probably belongs in the minor league thread, but with the possibility of Kennedy pitching next week in place of Clemens I figured this would be a good way to give everyone an idea of what to expect, since I'm sure not everyone checks the minor league thread.
