Out of town, can't watch game, why are both Johnson and Cano out? I saw the ref to Beckett hitting Cano - is it bad?
What about Johnson...I'm figuring he injured himself looking at strike 3...what happened?

This team keeps getting beat up but they still find a way to win games at a high rate.

Beckett's command just shut off. I don't think any pitcher hits anyone on purpose with the bases loaded.

giardi was just over guthrie the other week, and nothing last night, double standard
beckett just didnt care yesterday, which in itself is pretty ridicolous, but gettin cano hurt was enough to get one of theirs

it is a long series, who knows maybe one of theirs gets plunked today or sunday.

judging by CC's reaction he may be the one to hit a guy today.

Well if you're going to hit a player intentionally you don't want to make it there worst player lol. You have to go after Pedroia or Youk. And that's what CC did.

see thats what happens, you hit their guy and then they hit a HR to get 2 runs out of it....this is why things shouldve been taken care of yesterday in the blowout so CC could just do his things today

Gotta love Cervelli. The dude is one of the top 2-3 backup catchers in the league, and he's young. Now we just need another few more solid innings from CC.
