Territorial Rights for Buffalo, New York?
Just wondering if anyone knows which team if any owns the territorial rights for Buffalo, New York (i.e. Toronto, NY Yankees, NY Mets... possible due to television blackout policies)?

My roommate is actually from Buffalo, he says they get YES and SNY up there, but not the Toronto station. Hope that helps.
