Pujols: Vulgar & Insane or Capitalist winning?

Arguably one of the 20 greatest baseball players in the history of MLB has given the St. Louis Cardinals one month to pony up a deal. Now, I don't believe for a second that the Cards are foolish enough to let Pujols go but if their owner needs cocaine money and lets Pujols test FA, A LOT of teams will be fighting for his services.

Do the Yanks have a position for Pujols? Arguable as a DH-1B but can you ignore his talent?

Think about a

Teixiera
A-Rod
Pujols
Cano
Montero

That is FILTH...you can make Joba a starter with a 5+ ERA and still win 13 games.

Obviously a pipe dream but for fun...let's speculate.

Does Tex have a no-trade? You'd find space for a guy like him if he was available no matter the asking price. I just see no way that Pujols leaves the Cardinals, baseball town, only organization he's ever played for, etc. etc.

Pujols is good enough that you move guys around to fit him in. If the Yankees want him, I can't imagine anyone outbidding them. Let Girardi deal with where to play guys, that's what he gets paid for. -Jitpal

Imagine a pitcher having to go through a lineup of Tex-Pujols-Arod-Cano, LOL. That's absolutely insane, especially if Montero starts to flourish within the next 2-3 years.

With that said, it's a pipe-dream. Can't see the guy leaving St. Louis, it seems like he genuinely loves playing there.
