NY Yankees @ Baltimore: Can CC buy a win?

Don't look now but the Tampa Bay Rays just erased a below .500 record and breathing down the neck of the Yankees. Damn you Manny, why couldn't you retire at mid season? Basically Yanks need to just keep winning against teams that they should beat.
While the W-L don't tell the whole story, the Yanks are winning on his watch. I look forward to watching him get his first win of the season.

I wonder what would've happened had Gardner not hit that HR...
Anyway, definitely one of the most fun games to watch of the young season. 5 homers and a solid start from CC (I would've called it a gem if it wasn't for that 3-run homer he gave up).

Mo can't locate his pitches like he did earlier in the season.
Thank you, Russell Martin.

Don't think it was Mo's location but O's running his count up to 40+ pitches. For a reliever around 40, that's rare. Yanks can still beat the O's...

These are stat padding games...nothing more. Hopefully the starters can get some length so the pen can rest. Though Soriano should be ready...
