rivera blows the save after colon pitches a shutout gem for 8 innings... I wonder why not let colon come out for the 9th, he had a low pitch count.... I know mo is our closer, but jeez, sometimes it is ok to go against the trend...

I can't fault that move...I fault the offense for continuing to be useless.

Probably should have left him in, but it happens..this is why you need one of these millionaire clowns to finally wake up. Why is Swisher even on the team? He's useless.

it seems that way.. we now have average guys getting hits vs mo.. 5 years ago, those guys bats would have been dust.. what was then a 95mph cutter is now 91-92 and if he doesn't locate, it gets hit...

how many times has the orioles had a leadoff runner on? really, how long can the yanks dodge the bullet.. I think the game is over this inning.. too many hits given up.. while our hitters are just looking bad at the plate...

again the stupid strategy of walking a guy to create a force play is backfiring on the yanks.. we are going to lose now because of it.. girardi just overmanages games.. How we won a ring with him a couple of years ago amazes me, especially with some of his moves..... but this goes back to our pathetic hitting.. colon throws a gem and we can get only one run?

edit: we got lucky that inning, bases loaded and one out.. good job boone logan..

honeslty it won't suprise me for the yanks to lose this game because of that.. No team can or should win a game if you can't get a run with guys in scoring position and no outs..... especially at third....

big hit by cano, and we were lucky to get this win..

Hector noesi did a good job in relief eating up innings and keeping us in the game for the win..

showalter will always hate the fact that he helped build the yankee dynasty and was not there to enjoy it...
