Yanks @ Seattle Mariners (24-25)

Post#1 » by Dr. Detfink » Fri May 27, 2011 1:41 pm

Once again, the Yanks will be asked to endure a fairly long road trip. One that has always given them trouble in the past, even when they were a stronger ball club. I'll be happy if they break .500 on the road but the Yanks could surprise...

The first game promises to be a good one. AJ Burnett (5-3) vs. Pineda (6-2). Personally, I think Pineda is better than King Felix but that's just me. Lots of gas cooking tonight. Before the series is over, Yanks will be facing Felix Hernandez. Already this opening series to the Road trip looks tough...but the Yanks will survive.

dissapointing loss... can't score runs and our pitcher gives up back to back two run innings.. wow!!

nunez getting picked off of second was inexcuseable..

Boston alone in first by one game.. even worse ....

What else is left to say? Yanks should have won that game.
