He wasn't the pitcher that was as good as billed but in the playoffs was a complete beast. One wonders if the 2004 collapsed would have happened if he was healthy enough to pitch. When you think about the disappointment that was Contrearas, it's nice to think El Duque was a guy who appreciated NYY....
