Mini-Twins (2-7) @ NY Yanks (5-4): Sup B#$ches?

As much of a disaster the Tampa series was, look at the standings and Yanks are tied for first after their second striaght series win. Offense has scored 40 runs...not bad for the AL...given up 40 runs is. Can the starters settle down and go long?
Garcia (0-0) v. Pavano (0-1)
Sabathia (0-0) v. Liriano (0-1)
Kuroda (1-1) v. Marquis (0-0)
Hughes (0-2) v. Blackburn (0-1)

Well I think Cash likes Garcia...I think if Hughes struggles in his next start, he's headed to the pen. Ideally not what I want but I agree he is still valuable in that way.
Until Pineda is ready, it's looking more and more like CC, Kuroda, Pettitte, Nova, Garcia...

Am I the only one that goes out of his way to hate Nick Swisher. I can't stand the guy. Such a mediocre player. Can't wait 'til he's gone.
And I don't care that he just hit a double either.

This offense sucks and F U to the stupid fan in the stands who just had to put their hands on the live ball. Stupid moron, you just cost the team a run for a ball that you could have bought for a couple of bucks.
2nd and 3rd no outs and this team cant score a lousy run? Wake the F UP!
Zero runs after the first couple of batters against Carla Pavano?
WAKE THE F UP!

Swisher is great against crap pitchers. Which is perfect for the regular season. He'll do well enough to get 20 plus homers and 90 RBI's. But put him against strong pitching and it's all famine.

Hmm..CC running his pitch count up to 60 in the 3rd. Not good.

I just hope the pitching rounds into shape. Tired of the Yanks offense being down by number of runs and having to rally....

I'm sick of seeing runners on base and Yankee hitters failing to get them home.
Any reason why Clueless Joe pitched DRob in a 5 run game?

Cause he trusted Robertson to relieve CC and limit the damage Mauer can cause to a single....
The hitting will come around when the arms tire. We go through this every year....But if I was a betting man, I'd put A-Rod third (or even second)...Cano right behind him.
Jeter is having an exceptional start to the season...

Well I agree with Dr on one thing. I am sick of the pitching putting the hitters in the hole.
Kuroda has already given up 4 runs in 1/3 of an inning. Batting practice tonight for the Twins.
