Electric win by the Yanks! Phelps with a gritty performance. Lowe with a sick debut.

Let's do it boys!

Great game to attend, SportsFan13!

I love the moxie of this undermanned Yankee squad. Kuroda was due to get some run support even though he didn't get much. This is a year where you can't get all in a dizzy over stats. It's about winning. Right now, this team is doing what it has to, in order to win.

Jeter back up to .320. It ain't over...till it's over.

The platoon at 3B is getting some incredible play.

Terrible execution in the 8th. Jeter needs to get that bunt down and advance the runners to 2nd and 3rd with 1 out.

You're quibbling over the guy who is hitting .320 on a bunt? Look, this is post roid ball. It should be said this defense has over achieved with the injuries.

Oh and btw am I right that Ichiro is done? Selfish punk in Seattle who tried to get rid of him twice! Complain about that cat...

Yanks win 3-2. Tight wins tell every thing about a team.

Stop crying over spilt milk. Took 3 straight. Going up against arguably the best team in baseball.

Yesterday, the Yanks without Cano took their 3rd straight from Texas putting the series 4-2. Nova could win his 12th and help the Yanks in a key situation as they continue to distance themselves over second place and get closer to securing best record on the AL.

All without CC, Pettitte, Mo, A-rod, Gardner...

Yanks pitching all around crapped the bed (we were due against a slugging team like Texas)...rallying 6 runs to pull within one in the 8th. Come on Yanks.

Second game Cano is sitting out due to feeling under the weather.

Jetes up to .321 BA. Go Jetes Go! :)

Oh Jobb-ER....crapped the bed. I think Chamberlain was RUSHED back too soon. Come on. All that Tme out, let's not be stupid and let the kid rebuild his arm strength and conditioning. The snap to his pitches are NOT there to be doing more than one inning of work.

Taking 3 out of 4 from the Rangers is good IMO. Shoulda been a sweep though. Why didn't Joba spend any time down at AAA shaking off the rust (skipped a rehab assignment altogether)?
