Should Hal/Cash be concerned about the age of rotation?

CC Sabbathia age 32

Hiroki Kuroda age 38

Andy Pettitte age 40

So much of the rotation is placed upon the weight of the first 3 pitchers...but there's another concern. Money. With Hal Steinbrenner and Brian Cashman trying to sell this NEW "fiscal responsibility" New York Yankee image of 189M or less payroll...what happens when Pettitte, Kuroda retire?

Hughes, Nova have been not what the Yankees had hoped. Cashman has been unable (or doesn't care) to trade prospects for a BETTER prospect.

This is a problem because ANY FA is going to try and FLEECE the Yankees for every thing they have. Take a look at the Angels and Dodgers who spent a bucket of money on FA. Doesn't necessarily translate well now does it? Of course I expect the Angels and Dodgers to rebound but if they don't it's a huge letdown.

yanks have failed the fans in developing young players

manny injured
betances demoted
brackman released
joba they messed with
hughes and nova inconsistent

then they got cheap and missed talent in darvish
