5/3 Oakland A's (16-13) @ Yanks (17-10): What me worry?

After all of the worries, second guessing, and troubles in the off season...don't look now but the NY Yankees have the SECOND BEST record in the AL. The most shocking revelation is the offense: 9th Runs, 8th Avg, 6th OBP, 4th Slugging that can be attributed to Cano CRUSHING the ball (and further making Cashman sweat with contract negotiations).
The pitching has been better than the rankings have indicated: 18th ERA, 24th WHIP, 10th Quality starts, 28th BAA. So the # of innings have been there...but the sudden collapses have been damaging. Bluntly put, the Yanks are winning the tight games but not more beyond that.
After years of being known for their Pitching, the A's currently boast BETTER htting than the Yanks but worse pitching. Led by Bartolo Colon...this team has been an early AL West surprise.
Should be another interesting test for the Yanks!
