Is this is basically a "smoke and mirrors" move by Cashman to make it seem like he's doing something by making moves? This basically is like getting a picking up a single glove that someone dropped on the street for nothing and going "see, I got something".

Not really anyone worth starting a thread about. He's depth/insurance basically.
