I am officially on board. The man has no f@#%ing clue how to manage starting pitching as well as managing a bullpen. I can't take it anymore and we aren't even out of the first month. I'm going to lose my voice from yelling at the tv...

Why is it that, not just now in the present, but in the not too distant future (the month of April), our relievers are forbidden from pitching multiple innings? Can anyone seriously answer this question for me? This isn't just about tonight - a game that was, SURPRISE -- mismanaged, but for most of the games this year. I understand that our starters more often than not haven't gotten the job done innings wise but JOE, even in the first week we are BABYING EVERY PITCHER ON THIS TEAM. AHHHH. :banghead:

who ? you need to ask people before you assume anything my post history has always consisted of me backing Alex Rodriguez and P.S. he's my favorite Yankee fool, I never want him gone, I didn't like Torre last year and the year before and this year. And I also believe Giambi is a waste if he doesn't homer he does nothing , the team runs on 5 bats Jetes, Alex, Bobby, Robi, Georgy and that's all.

Cash is also at fault for assembling such a garbage rotation

How are you supposed to manage starting pitching when the only guy who has been healthy all year is Pettitte. Oh wait I forgot Igawa, blame that one on Cashman.

Everyone calm down. Managing changes are best taken care of in the off-season, if that even proves necessary after Joe gets us a ring come October. We all knew this was going to be a transition year for our rotation as we trim some fat (Randy, Wright, ideally Pavano in the future), bring in some new guys that require an adjustment period (Igawa, Hughes, and the myriad of pitching talent in the minors) and get a solid base of pitching for both present and future success. We're not even out of fu'kin April and we're crying that the sky is falling already because our B level replacements did a poor job (Karstens, Rasner, Wright).

Remember a couple of years ago when we had that sh'tty start, Jeter had that terrible first half, and we still managed to win the division? The Yankees will go on a huge run in the summer, like they always do, and will win the division. So grab a beer, smoke a joint, take a valium, whatever it is you need to do and chill the fu'k out.
