Wang vs Wakefield

in other words, 8 IP of no hit ball by Wakefield, while Wang will give up 7 hrs in the first 3 innings

A-Rod and Giambi haven't hit the ball. They have pretty much killed it.

At least the bats showed up in this one. Wang hasnt been all that great but he's getting the job done.

Cano with 2 extra base hits

Damon 3 hits with 2 SB's

A-rod with the HR, 2 rbis and 2 walks

Overall great game, oh and the game would be 7-1 if the ump doesnt blow the call..

Wang's slider was great tonight. I think he pitched better than people will prob give him credit before. 1 run through 6 innings against a team he pitches badly against is a great job in my book.

Why would Torre bring in Proctor after he threw 27 pitches last night and with Bruney cruising?

Thank god Robby just made that play.

Has anyone realized how unbelievable Proctor has been this season?

Unbelievable good or unbelievable bad? Bruney's the one that has really been something IMO. I just love the guy because he'll go right after you with that high 90's cheese with that "I dare you to hit it" look in his eye. Imagine if Farnsworth can actually have that type of mentality...instead of the "maybe I can trick him into swinging at a breaking ball" softishness.
