We have a game tonight!!!

Post#1 » by 34Celtic » Thu Jun 7, 2007 3:44 pm

I don't know why everyones knocking Mussina. Plently of pitchers have lost velocity in the past and still been able to succeed. Mussina is smart enough where he knows how to pitch and use movement and location in order to be successful. Heres to 3 in a row tonight. Bring on the hate Jitpal!

Mussina's lack of velocity is concerning, but I'm not ready to say he's done just yet. He didn't get 240 career wins by not being able to adjust.

I just hope we hit as good as we been doing the last 2 games because if we do we will win the game.

I don't think Moose is done but I do think he is done in the AL. He might still have a solid above average year or two left in the NL. In the AL, with the pressures of the AL East he is done. -Jitpal

No Jeter or Posada tonight...

Is it possible for this team to actually have real winning streak?

Nice piece of hitting there by AJ. God when we pitch we can't hit...when we hit we can't pitch...this will never end
