Based on the fact that our farm system prospects have been playing very well on the major league level...will Eric Duncan be the next to move up?

I havent heard much...and even if he did I dont see where e would fit?

Your thoughts?

He's inconsistent. If anything we bring up Tabata when the roster extends.

Duncan is pretty consistent, just consistently bad. He really is way down on the Yankees prospects list and really looks like a bust-- I wouldn't count on seeing him. Tabata is a very good prospect and all, but he is in High-A and will definitely not be called up. I'd say Kennedy could get a September callup, maybe Brett Gardner will be called up to fill the pinch runner role.

Eric Duncan is flat out awful. The best Duncan from the Yankees system is already on our bench, and that's Shelley.

Eric Duncan is struggling in AAA right now and he isn't a candidate for the majors right now. He doesn't have a good glove, so his bat will carry him, and over the last few years his bat has sucked.

Didn't this guy used to be a highly touted prospect? Like we wouldn't pull the trigger on trades because other teams wanted him included.

Didn't we kind of mess this guy up because we rushed him through our system before he was ready since he was our only big talent prospect in our once barren farm system? If he develops into anything useful at the MLB level, I'll be surprised...but there's no need to push this guy any further, we just need to let him develop.

I tend to agree... he was getting pushed through the system when the only point of Yanks' system was to hype guys to trade for existing MLB talent.
