NEW YORK YANKEES vs. that other team..... Game 3 of 3

Post#1 » by xstockholmsyndromex » Thu Aug 30, 2007 4:17 pm

After two exicting days of Yankee baseball, it comes down to this....game 3 of Yankees vs. that one team from Boston. The Yankees have come out on top in the last 2 games, and plan on following the same trend today with ace pitcher Chien Ming Wang on the mound.

The Yankees enter the day tied with Seattle for the Wild Card and a mere 6 games back from the AL East. Some say this is too much ground for the Yankees to make up.....but for those of us who bleed Yankee blue know that NOTHING is impossible!!!

Schilling has awful velocity right now. 85-88. There is no reason why he shouldn't be lit up.

Great play by Giambi to save Cano's throw. I think Giambi worked hard on his defense to get back in the lineup while he was hurt, he looks alot better out there since returning.
