ALDS Schedule set (We get the shorter series)

Post#1 » by nykgeneralmanager » Sun Sep 30, 2007 6:54 am

The Red Sox already made their decision and went with the longer series (surprising IMO). Anyway, that leaves us with this:

The schedule (times TBA)

Thursday, Oct. 4: Game One ay Cleveland (Wang vs. Sabathia)

Friday, Oct. 5: Game Two at Cleveland (Pettitte vs. Carmona)

Sunday Oct. 7: Game Three at New York (Clemens vs. Westbrook)

Monday Oct. 8: Game Four at New York (if necessary)

Wednesday Oct. 10: Game Five at Cleveland (if necessary)

Already got tickets for the Friday Game 4. Hopefully a night game, so I wouldn't mind eliminating the Indians in 4.

steve phillips had the phillies winning the east. the combination of steve phillips being correct and the phillies winning anyting may be the most frustrating thing i've experienced in a while.

Well, to be fair, Steve wanted to pick the Devil Rays, but the BBTN staff had to explain to him three times that Tampa was:
a)out of contention
b)not in the NL East

Although you're a Mets fans, with the likely possibility that Steve Phillips will be 2 for 2, how do you feel now?
