nice blog mo. Whatis missing from the yanks are bats like manny, but you know what, during our championship reign, guys like Tino, Oneal, brosius always were able to upstage guys like manny, and any team they faced. those guys were a different breed. we have the remnants, MO who is just fantastic, the best postseason player, not just pitcher, but player I have ever seen and you can add jeter to that list. But they need help and guys like melky are stepping up, Joba was electric, although the bugs got to him, and petite was just amazing.... Right now we need A-rod and matsui to hit. I rather sit matsue for giambi at this point... BTW, where is wilson Betimit?

Not yesterday's game was the tough one, in my opinion it was game 1. You guys could have taken all the air out of Cleveland's attack (Sabathia was bad) yet Wang gives up three in the first and never recovered... such things just cannot happen.

Series is not over, once ARod maybe gets a hit, he may turn it around, even though it seems he isn't tough enough. Just as you said, you need to be a special kind of player to come through...
