I like a new thread for every major piece of news. However, I wouldn't mind a 2008 Manager thread, 2008 Arod thread etc. for all news related to them. -Jitpal

Yeah, I like Jitpal's idea. I think we also need a general thread for minor offseason news/rumors (i.e. for a story like "Yankees reportedly offer Javy Lopez minor league contract").
