Kennedy has a tough matchup. Pinstripers need to take at least 2 of 3.

Just take 2 out of 3 and win the series.

More cold, rainy weather in KC just like NY... :nonono:

Argh... that could've went a bit better.

But they did destroy his pitch count.

You need to relax, KC has a decent team this year. 2 out of three on the road in early April is fine with me Kandi.

What's the speed on Hughes' fastball on YES's radar gun? The KC broadcast has him clocked around 87. :-?

Gameday has him at 90-93.

This is why you let Hughes throw 100 pitches every outing. He'll be lucky to get 5 innings this outing.

There's no way he's hitting 93.

He's mostly sitting at 90-92, but he has 93 once or twice. I haven't seen any mid 80s, just a few 89s.

If I had to guess i'd say Gameday is a little high and this KC broadcast (which has him mimicing Mussina) is a little low. This is a purely visual/subjective guess, though.

Yeah, this KC gun sucks.

This situation has Josh Johnson / Anibal Sanchez potential written all over it.

Perhaps. I'm more worried about us getting innings from our starters. We can't keep getting 4-5 innings from our starters.
