Finally supposed to have some nice weather in the Bronx for these games. Let's hope the offense responds.

Can someone explain to me why bad weather only affects the Yankee players? Isn't October supposed to be cold and rainy as well?
I guess Paul ONeill, Brosius, etc were just lucky during that run

There is a huge difference in playing in the cold to start the season, and playing in cold after 162 games.

And you know from experience I assume?
The only way I could see that statement being true is if the team is full of old, creaky, end of the road players

Its not experience, its more common sense...your much more loose and able to STAY loose and in a rhythym after doing something everyday for 6 months as opposed to two weeks.
And the Yanks are pretty much old, I mean they do start only two position players under 32 and a half years old...ARod is the 3rd youngest starter and he will be 33 in a few months. It isn't that easy to get loose and more importantly stay loose in 40 degrees for them, I think that is a pretty fair statement.
