time to move rasner out of starting rotation, this guy is getting smashed when he takes the mound.. we need to win these games vs teams like the pirates and reds, I mean these games are the one's we need. Plus we lose ground tonight to everyone in the east, baltimore gets game closer and we lose a game to tampa and boston.... geez!!

Nice to see Justin Christian do well in his major league debut. Knew he would get called up sooner or later.

Yeah makes sense that he gets the call before Gardner, he is less of a prospect and deserves a shot first.

Well I was right that he was going to get the call though. lol.

I know he is less of a prospect, but that doesn't mean he isn't good for this level. If Christian doesn't do what he did last game, it will finally be Gardner time.

Rasner is trash, I have always said this.. but you guys didn't believe me because he had a little hot streak and the stars were aligned.

Kennedy is worlds better than this clown...

After a disgusting performance last night I feel as if Joba is going to toss a gem tonight. Something like 7 innings, 2 hits, 8Ks, 1BB and 0ER. On another note, DFA Hawkins and push Rasner back into the long man role. Bring up Horne or Karstens if Horne needs a few more innings to tide us over until Hughes is back. -Jitpal

Anybody else ticked off that bobby abreu remains to be our 3rd batter. Why not plug him in the leadoff role instead of melky cabrera.

Abreu
Jeter
Giambi
A-Rod
Posada
Cano
Cabrera
Christian
Chamberlain

Should be tonights lineup...

I guess Joba doesn't believe in learning curves, all hes done since making the transition is LOWER his ERA from 2.42 to 2.03.

honestly, where are the people that said joba wouldn't be a good starter or that he would be more useful as a setup man? comeon now, please I don't see anyone man'ing up for being wrong..
