Get ready for the trademark blopers, flares and crap hits that the Red Sox are famous for...

cmaff is no longer allowed to complain about BABIP during Yanks-Sawx games. This is getting ridiculous.

Glad to see MO kept the lead with 2 outs in the 9th inning. Ugh.

Unbelievable. Need to be able to win these kind of games, even if we're still in April.

I'm not going to get all upset over this one game, but this should have been a W and would have been a big win.

The loss is what it is. A loss. However, Wang to the DL, Ransom to the DL and then Bruney in NY getting a MRI. Those are the more pressing concerns. -Jitpal

rivera has to stop these fenway meltdowns.. it really is becomming a big concern to me, as a yankee fan... Maybe the stats show otherwise, but he seems to shrink in fenway.. he strikes out ortiz and lets youkalis get a hit on a 0-2 count and jason bay take him deep? come on mo..

Absolutely. They should have capitalized. Lester was terrible, they should have got more runs off of him. Lopez couldn't throw a strike and both Cano and Melky went up there hacking. Even the defense last night was sub-par. Plays these guys have made almost routinely they messed up. All of that leads to a loss. It isn't just Mo or Marte's fault. Everyone played a part. It is what it is, a loss. Burnett vs Beckett. Get a win today and it's all good. -Jitpal

Wow. What is wrong with this team. It's like they want to make the game interesting. Our pitching staff seems to find the least opportune times to make a mistake pitch. -Jitpal
