Game 2:
TB: J. Niemann (2-3, 5.68) Vs NYY: A. Pettitte (2-1, 3.82)

Early slumps from B.J. Upton(notes) and Dioner Navarro(notes) have played a role in the slow start by the defending AL champion Tampa Bay Rays.
While both players showed signs of emerging from their funks in their last game, they could have a hard time continuing to do so against A.J. Burnett(notes) and the New York Yankees.
Upton and Navarro look to build on strong performances at the plate and end their struggles against the Yankees as the AL East rivals open a two-game series Wednesday night in New York.
Tampa Bay (12-16) has had a hard time living up to expectations after reaching the World Series last season, in part because Upton and Navarro are batting .157 and .179, respectively.

tat wasnt deep enough to score damon

the real question is how he manages a pop up on 2-0 count

i mean the guy did good in the 8th, but tat wasnt a good AB there

For the first time, I dread watching this team. It just isn't fun watching this mess of a team, no pitching, mediocre offense, over management, no pinch hitting, starters all suck...

You guys are horrifically spoiled as fans. That's all i'm gonna say.

I see the game started a few minutes ago.

I decide to watch it but before i did i checked the boxscore to see the lineups

I see that Bartlett hit a HR followed by a Crawford Single

I loled

I ask myself should i even bother watching?

I decide to watch it because i keep hoping the yankees offense eventually comes through

Update:

I decide to check the Boxscore one more time after posting this

I see Pena hit a HR in the same inning

I said **** it.

Seriously im not watching this game i have a feeling Andy's going to get lit up and the offense will fall flat on its face, But dont worry the yankees will get one or two runs later in the game when its like a 10 run deficit...

But then again When Joba got lit up for 4 runs in the first he made a nice comeback and pitched brilliantly so perhaps i shouldnt jump to conclusions and just watch about 5 innings....
