OT: Boston Red Sox win streak over Yankees continues

The Red Sox are 7-0 against the Yankees to start the season for the first time since 1912, when the New York franchise was known as the Highlanders. Boston won the first 14 matchups that year for a 17-game winning streak, when combined with the last three of the 1911 season.

As long as the Yankees can beat them in the playoffs if they meet I'll be happy.

exactly man... this really is irrelvant and means nothing, were still in first place or .5 games out of first place and Im not worried at all we could loose att he games to them in the regular season but doesn't mean **** once playoffs start, well be fine

And there's still more games for the Yankees to find a way to beat them in the regular season.

I keep having redsox fans talkin crap to me. and all i can say is you guys can beat us 18 times this year... and if we win the division and the sucks dont make the playoffs or cant beat us or who ever in the playoffs how irrelevant is it... i could careless as long as we play in Oct. and if we face them, we can beat them in Oct.

Id gladly trade 7 games now for 4 in Oct
