Damn, what an end to smoltz's career. I wished the Sawx kept him around so the Yanks can get another win in Boston.

I remember when people were so pissed off that Epstein "beat out Cashman" for Smoltz.

The guys done. The Sox didn't DFA him because he screwed up against the Yanks, they did it because he has sucked in all of his starts the whole year.
