Gone now is Gio Gonzalez, too. Andrew Bailey is probably on the phone right now with his real estate agent. I'd be shocked if he makes it through the end of the year as A's property at this rate. There are plenty of teams still looking for a bona fide stopper. Heck, at this point I wouldn't be surprised to see the team ship off Kurt Suzuki. ... There's a plan in place. Be ready when (or if) the team moves to San Jose. The franchise's stadium situation is a major impediment for competition. It seems like the front office has decided not to even bother competing until they are able to get the funds to do so.
