Some one can add more to it tomorrow sorry if this looks plain it really isn't my type of think. The A's are down 2-1 right now I can't believe Pods went deep off harden.

is it just me or was the crowd chanting "lets go warriors"? i was tuning in the a's game when the warriors game was showing commercials and they probably know that with a win, they're at 8th place

Most likely they were. I was at a sushi bar watching the A's, and I really think we're going to need to shake up this team offensively. I'd defenitely hope to see Barton up for at least a look if our offense continues to be this meek.

Amen... our team looks AAA-ish against moderate pitchers... its a situation we really need to address. I'd trade anyone but Swisher and Haren to land a big bat right about now...

Wow, glad we pulled it out during the bottom of the 9th.

About time the bats started up.

It was awesome, but I agree with triple m,we made it harder than it was,and Chavez as to start picking his game up,or teams will start pitching around Mike if he don't,and is was nice to see them pitch hit for Crosby, just glad it didnt go extras, because Chavez,or Ellis would have had to play short, and I hate moving a gold glove 3rd baseman, and a should have been gold glove 2nd baseman, and I hope they didnt plain on Walker playing SS.

Tough way to end the series,Kennedy pitched well, looks like if the bats don't get going soon, once again we'll have to have a strong 2nd half.

What a heartbreaker today...

I've got to admit, unlike past years, I'm not as faithful as before. I never really bought into to the Huston Street hype - I see him as a good closer, but prone to mistake balls. Reminds me a lot of a guy who's on the front of wire-tap now...

Our offense is just plain punchless. I don't think getting Kotsay and Dan Johnson back is going to do the trick either. I am becoming a bigger fan of Buck as each day passes, though.

I agree,I was pumped when we drafted T.Buck, and had been waiting for the day he got his chance, and I think he'll be a good one.And I'm not ready to give up on Huston, but I'm afraid you might be right.
