I do not follow the Phillies too much but I am still a Philly fan. I know that he won his contract negations and got alround $10 mill, dont know the exact details. Is he being over paid?

It's the most someone's ever been awarded from arbitration, I think. But he's not overpaid.

If we could keep Howard on the Phillies for 10 mill a year, for the rest of his career, IMO he'd be underpaid... which probably won't happen.
